首次來到這裡,品嚐不一樣的特色菜,雖然這家店已經開很久了但是一直都沒有來嘗試。老闆娘很客氣,然後招牌的辣椒魚(剁椒魚頭)非常好吃,其他的菜色也都相當不錯。唯美中不足的是用餐環境比較沒有那麼乾淨明亮,或許這就是老店的共同特徵。

桌菜很超值,喜歡中式辣味餐點的不要錯過,推薦剁椒魚頭(辣味可調整,我們家是點小辣,吃的時侯怕被辣椒嗆到時,可以把上面辣椒播開再食用,魚肉味道很入味),其它的菜色若有用辣事先告知店家也是會貼心的調整辣度?

整體來說,算是台北地區最道地的湘菜館了,剁椒魚油也算是最道地,處理的味道最貼近原味了,比長沙連鎖餐廳的剁椒魚頭都要好多了 ?

這是台北最有長沙味的湖南菜!店面不大,沒有包廂,看起來就是一家在大馬路邊的老餐廳,可是,一進店,撲鼻的油辣香,還有店裡幾大缸的豔紅剁辣椒,霸氣的展現了店家對食材、味道的堅持與誠意,也說明了店家敢於把鎮店名菜-剁椒魚頭,直接放在店名上的信心。店名上還有一個小玄機,老闆的名字也霸氣的掛著,蕭安淇這位來自湖南的女性主廚,親自掌勺,把控著每道菜的味道,外場則是她的姐妹。剁椒魚頭火候真的掌握極好,魚頭非常新鮮,沒有任何土腥,滿滿鋪在表面的自製剁椒,醃得不至太鹹,時間把持恰到好處,真的可以算是台北最正宗而好吃的剁椒魚頭無誤!做為湖南人,飯桌上如果沒有臘肉,幾乎等於沒菜,不似絕大部份湘菜館,它家的辣味合蒸端上來的時候,一點湯汁都沒有,可是中間那排精挑的肥瘦適中的臘肉,真的是蒸得太到位了,軟硬適中,煙燻味十足,鹹香正好,是在台北餐廳吃過最有媽媽味道的臘肉,這一道菜就夠我狂扒一碗飯,店家說,他們的臘肉是專門委由朋友在南部訂製的,絕非市場上可以買到的批量生產產品。還有一道菜要大書特書,它的乾煸四季豆也是無敵,雖然,四季豆本身按照標準,應該過油炸再久一點,以去除水份,不過,它的輔料肉末,處理得真是太好的,鑊氣裹著焦香,與相對比較鮮嫩的四季豆搭配得真是天作之合,直接拿那些不手軟的肉末來拌飯,天吶,又可以一大碗不輸滷肉飯的美味。其他炒菜如小炒肉、爆炒田雞、手撕包心菜、白花椰菜、酸辣土豆絲、麻婆豆腐,樣樣精彩下飯。新派湘菜的孜然排骨,一大盤隻隻超過十公分的酥炸排骨,酥香可口而不柴,也很有吃頭。總之,這真的是台北最好吃的湖南家鄉味,大推!

Came here to celebrate early Father's Day. Highly recommended the spicy fish head. (pre-order is recommended) Massive size... More than enough for 4 people. The clay pot eggplant and intestine is nice too.

The hunan spicy fish head is excellent but the cold spicy chicken is still frozen inside and the waitress tend to encourage you to over order.
