綜合湯加了一點沙茶剛好提味,裡面有貢丸、福州丸、豬腸、炸扁食,豬腸煮得軟嫩,處理得很好,沒甚麼腥味。湯頭清甜。古早味的台式麵店。

在地人喜歡當早餐吃的一間冬粉店,主要招牌就是豬腸,骨頭肉,當然還有許多熱門小菜如天梯,豬眼睛,黃金蛋...etc. 綜合招牌: 有豬腸,炸餛飩,貢丸,魚丸,台式辣泡菜需另購$10 ,湯頭是清爽中帶點沙茶的香氣,如不愛沙茶記得提醒店家不要加。豬腸的話處理乾淨,但少了點Q韌的口感,炸餛飩中規中矩內餡少了點預期的魚漿香氣,貢丸也正常表現沒明顯豬肉香,魚丸是福洲魚丸內餡一般。整體來說,口味上沒有令人驚艷,就是樸實傳統的在地小食。
A winter noodle shop that the locals like to eat for breakfast. The main signatures are pig intestines, bone meat, and of course there are many popular side dishes such as Tian Lai, pig eyes, golden eggs...etc. Comprehensive signboards: Pork intestines, fried wontons, tribute balls, fish balls, Taiwanese spicy kimchi are available for an additional $10. The soup is refreshing with the aroma of sand tea. The pig intestines were cleaned up, but they lacked a bit of Q-tough taste. The fried wontons were quite normal and the fillings lacked the expected fish paste aroma. The tribute balls also showed no obvious pork aroma. The fish balls were filled with Fuzhou fish balls. Overall, the taste is not amazing, it is a simple and traditional local snack.

super authentic taiwanese flavour. in my case, I love the soup along with the rice vermicelli. the pickles add a wonderful touch to the soup.

Born and raised in Wanhua, Taipei. A-po dongfen(阿婆冬粉,which literally means grandma’s mung bean noodles) is one of my favourite go-to noodle place near the Tzu-Shu temple(祖師廟) area. This noodle shop used to be a small canvas-tent size nearby the Lane.96 of Báng-kah Presbyterian Church back in the days. One of my childhood memories is the taste of shacha sauce soup base mixed with their all kinds of ingredients. If you’re not a shacha sauce eater, you can order it without the sauce. Highly recommend their mung bean noodles(冬粉)! They are off on Sunday and Monday. If you’re not hungry during lunch time, this place is an option. Love their soup base!
