我：請問有營業嗎？ 小姐：我們”一直”都有營業（態度傲慢嘲諷帶有敵意）。 \我：喔…所以你們是24小時的。（因為我很氣憤下意識反擊了這句）\：小姐：我們不是24小時的，早上就開了，所以你是要找什麼？。\我：我只是想知道有沒有開門而已謝謝（掛電話）。
請問我欠你的是不是？什麼態度啊？因為疫情 有的店晚開或根本不開，我家附近的就是這樣，所以怕走遠萬一沒開先打個電話確認，只是問你在營業沒，跟我扯什麼鳥，你們店員腦子哪裡過不去？口氣還極度惡劣，一副高高在上 瞧不起平凡人的樣子，搞的我是可疑人士似的，只要直接跟我說一句「我們已經營業了」或「有啊我們有營業」，很難是不是？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醫與藥的職業受人尊敬，要讓員工心情好一點，打電話去問藥的事情員工好像心情不太好導致電話裡口吻整個應付不耐煩呵呵，我就是因為會走路有時會頭暈，想說還得走路去每間藥局問，所以才先打電話，我不期待要有甚麼同理心，但至少有個相對應態度，今天並非我開口就秒兇你。假如這麼不喜歡接電話，可以不要把電話寫在網路上，以免又有人騷擾，以上小小建議啦。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員態度非常差,疫情期間去買快塞一早去排,拿了號碼牌後說:因為疫情擔心群聚請下午2:00再找空檔時間來取,這點我能理解. 下午去拿時我將已預備裝袋的500元和號碼牌(有紙鈔和零錢)給店員,其中一位女店員說要我把錢由帶中拿出來給她,我拿出來後外一位女店員說:我們不收零錢喔,我說零錢跟紙鈔都是錢一樣有染疫風險那我用刷卡, 這位女店員用很冷的口氣說:我們不接受刷卡,而且我們很忙一天有78位客人要處理,只收紙鈔. 我說目前店裡只有我一位客人, 買個快塞要客人跑兩趟還規定只收紙鈔,還好我還有帶皮包出門,不然還得再跑一趟來忍受您這家毛真多的藥局..疫情期間店家如果有防疫考量就請先說明清楚或在門口公告您們這麼多毛的規定,不然只想為了賺錢又擔心染疫的低劣態度,希望不要再存在萬華的里鄰間.我認為這家店一星都不值.
那些便利商店每天都在收零錢服務客人、取貨的店員不會比妳們染疫風險低..。
