★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蚵仔的大小應該是北台灣第一名吧！大腸滷得超級Q彈。肉丁軟硬適中，而且不塞牙縫。辣椒是風乾後剁碎的生辣椒，辣度頗高。店內衛生良好，客人用完餐後，店家均會以酒精消毒。整體評價應該是趨近於100分了吧！

這個麵線除了入味之外，搭配起來不會有卡喉的黏膩感，很順口。
大腸是很夠味的，超喜歡這種⋯不像有的都直接煮的⋯就會跑味
肉丁很像肉圓裡面的那種，而且是有調味的唷！好吃
蚵仔也很飽滿，新鮮的口感❤️
再來就是麻辣系列，那個豆腐是真的很入味，也不是很辣的那種，應該很多人都可以接受的口味
推薦大家來吃，真的不錯?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天來這裡吃早餐，點了一碗大份的大腸肉丁麵線！份量蠻大碗的，麵線很多不會水水的，湯頭蠻濃郁的，麵線本身表現得不錯！配料的話我覺得稍微少了點，跟我在板橋、三重吃到那種鋪滿整個碗面的料有落差！大腸滷得顏色很深，有入味，跟麵線搭配起來蠻合拍的！肉丁稍微瘦了點，咬起來有一點點柴，但是還可以接受！還不錯吃的麵線，有意願回訪！
