★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 就是健身，老闆或教練也不會在那邊跟你有的沒的攀談，最主要還是要看自己的毅力（當然啦，你自己沒有毅力，沒人可以幫得了你）。很棒，這家非常適合我這種不喜歡社交只喜歡運動的怪咖?，而且環境也乾淨，音樂不會太大聲。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the place to come if you’re travelling. 250 a session. Mostly well equipped and friendly staff and people. Only thing it could do with is an extra squat rack or bench press as there’s only one at the moment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great gym for one time access $250ntd is not bad stay as long as you want but once you exit and want to do another entry must pay again. Well equipped with weights and machines. Clean and new machines. Trainers don’t try to sell you and just leave you to your workout
