[臺灣紀遊]西門町李記特殊口味豬血湯第卅八 對於我這個年紀的上海人,可能對臺北的西門町沒有什麼感覺了,西門町有的國際品牌,上海都有;西門町那些相機店、電子用品店、手辦店、咖啡店、藥妝店、潮鞋潮服店、各種小清新店,都已經吸引不到我了。傳說中的西門町美食,看看也不過如此,特別是在看到了阿宗麵線一眾托着紙碗聚在門口站着喝之後,我便失去了在西門町戰鬥的動力。 町,這個名字一看就是日本人起的,也的確,在日佔時期,西門町曾經是臺北乃至臺灣最熱閙的地方,臺灣人看似並不象中國人那樣對日本有着莫名的仇恨,如今的西門町依然有着大量日本商店,从美妝到書籍到唱片到服裝到日籵到日本玩具店,應有儘有,有着臺北原宿之稱,但是其實要比原宿差上好多。 來也來了,走還是要走一回的,从中山堂過街,就是西門町的入口,沿着步行街,由東往西走,走到最後,是個「電影主題公園」,西門町最早是電影院紮堆的地方,據說有二三十家之多,現在依然有條街被稱為「電影街」。電影主題公園是個開放式的廣場,並沒有什麼與電影有關的東西。 再往前走,就要到底了,到底是條河——淡水河,我想去看河,結果走到了發現河邊建了高架路,在這個位置上走不近河邊了。我站在武昌街二段與環河南路的三岔路口,看着上百輛在等紅綠燈的電動車,望着河堤墻興嘆,看不到河。你還別說,那些電動車等在橫道線後井然有序,絲毫沒有爭先搶後的。 一轉身,身後有家店,就在轉角上,騎樓上有兩竪一橫三個燈箱,竪的兩個是一模一樣的,紅底的白邊黑字——「宜蘭肉焿」,分別竪在門頭的兩側,當中白底紅宋體的燈箱寫着「特殊口味豬血湯」。 豬血?話說我挺「嗜血」的,上海的雞鴨血湯是从小喫到大的東西,喫小籠喫生煎時,只要有雞鴨血湯,我就不會去喫什麼雙檔單檔或者咖喱牛肉湯,一定是血湯。我還喫過一種「紅白豆腐」,是用牛骨髓和鴨血一起做的,很好喫,那道菜根本沒有豆腐。 然而豬血,我不太喜歡豬血,豬血口感上明顯要比鴨血粗糙,其中的孔洞也太,有時喫到不好的,不但硬梗而且還帶着點腥騷……所以,我只喫用鴨血做的毛血旺,不喫用豬血做的,做得那麼香辣,依然掩蓋不了豬血的臭味。 不過我還是走進了那家店,我得嚐嚐宜蘭的特色啊!不喫豬血可以喫肉焿啊,可以喫魷魚啊!說是店,桌椅是放在騎樓下的人行道上的,騎樓很寛,放上一排桌椅,也不影響行人走路。 才不過六點左右,老闆娘說東西全賣完了,沒有肉焿沒有魷魚,只剩豬血湯了,好吧,那就喫喫看吧,希望做得好,可以改變我對豬血的偏見。那就喫吧,40元一碗,大不了,浪費40元唄。 不大不小的一個白瓷碗,不是那種坦的,而是半圓的那種,湯盛得滿滿的,裡面的東西也是滿滿的,湯色清澈,大大方方的豬血,豬血還「大大方方」?有趣,就是切得大大的,形狀方方的。湯面漂着胡椒粉和韭菜,搗了一下,發現下面還有榨菜和酸菜,乾脆搗搗匀,先舀一口湯喝喝看,湯很清,有明顯的乾海鮮味,是鰹魚味?還是蝦乾味?反正是某種乾製的海貨,加上豬骨燉出來的湯,清、濃、香、甜。喫喫看豬血,倒是不硬,關鍵是不腥也不臭,豬血的味道還行,但依然沒有鴨血那種細膩的分層的感覺,豬血就是「實別別」的一大塊,只能算作「聊勝於無」了。韭菜我不喫,只能撥到一邊,酸菜和榨菜都很不錯,讓整個湯的風味很是豐富,我想對於喜歡豬血的朋友來說,應該得分不低。 喫得不爽,於是我去了阿嬌海鮮,好好地喫了一頓,後來我在網上讀到,這家的「鯊魚煙」做得相當好,看網上的照片,鯊魚煙的外觀極象五花肉,有着黃黃的外皮,皮下是白白的肉。鯊魚肉中含有尿素,所以味道不怎麼樣,鯊魚煙是用鹽水浸泡來去味後用調料腌製後風乾,再蒸熟後風乾,然後用白糖燻製,使得最大程度上地去除和掩蓋怪味,據說好壞之間乃是天壤之別,若是各位有機會,去找家好的鯊魚煙喫喫看。

Delicious and very low price. Good place if you need something quick. Two large noodles, two soup, side of meat and vegetables costed only NTD290. BTW, if you don't want garlic breath, tell them no garlic as they add garlic by default.
