蚵仔酥味道很足，加辣椒真的好吃，皮不只脆，還帶點Q。菜晡煎蛋味道剛好，不會太鹹、不油。豬肝湯裡面的豬肝量偏少，好險算大塊，而且厚，Q彈帶脆，湯味道足。

Today, I went to Dongshan Quick-Fried Restaurant for dinner. I ordered sweet and sour pork loin, mutton fried rice, shrimp and egg fried rice, fried seafood rice noodles, egg flower tribute ball soup and fresh oyster soup. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 晚上九點左右還有開店。原本不抱太多期待，但合菜比評價來得好，炒豬肝尤其驚艷。其他菜色中卷、宮保、炒蛋就略微普通。但依此價格來說，恰如其份。
There's still a store opening around 9pm. I didn't expect too much, but the combined dishes are better than the reviews, and the fried pork liver is especially amazing. Other dishes such as rolls, kung pao, and scrambled eggs are slightly ordinary. But for the price, it's just right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not amazing. I eat at a lot of quick stir fry restaurants in Taipei and this one was really slow. There was barely anyone there and they took quite a long time. The whole point is that these places are quick. I also ordered a few dishes that I often order and they were not good at all. It’s also very dirty. Skip this spot. There are other places nearby!
