★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從小時候下午3時會到新和國小圍牆邊開賣吃起，至今起碼有50年了，是心目中最好吃的麵線，勾芡不稠膩每次吃進肚都暖胃，辣椒尤其口齒留香。我的另一半陪我從30歲吃起，即使我們現在搬到新店，周末還是會專程開車來回味，不只是麵線米粉湯與黑白切，還有道地的人情味。謝謝小兒子與媳婦願意接班傳承，繼續提供人間美味。
Since I was a child, I would go to the Xinhe Elementary School for sale at 3:00 pm. It has been at least 50 years. It is the best noodles in my heart. It is thick and not greasy. The mouth is fragrant. My other half has been eating with me since I was 30 years old. Even if we move to a new store now, we still make a special trip to drive back and forth on weekends. Not only the noodle and rice noodle soup and black and white cuts, but also the authentic human touch. Thank you to the youngest son and daughter-in-law for their willingness to inherit and continue to provide delicious food on earth.
