鍋燒意麵料多很好吃,魚湯也鮮。原本不想吃魚皮,沒想到鱗片刮得很乾淨,吃的很安心。 魯肉飯的肉很乾硬,有酸味,可能是有加醋?裡面有看到豆類的東西就是,我不是很愛。 端碗上桌的時候也蠻用心,一般會用大拇指抓碗的上緣很不衛生,有的指甲太長還回泡到湯裡,這裡是用二手端碗,很棒給讚。

前天早上4點多去吃,以前也住萬華,經萬華同事介紹的,一起去吃看看,我覺得環境乾淨~空間明亮,食材新鮮好吃。 現在的人其實都滿挑嘴的,價格公道,比很多虱目魚小吃好很多,新鮮真的有感! 魚腸很新鮮好吃~ 希望優質的店家能長期維持這水平~

食材超新鮮,海鮮都是當天魚市直送, 味道鮮甜, 份量超大, 且食材都非常乾淨, 價錢卻是佛心來著. 老闆&老闆娘人超nice!店裡很乾淨. 在台北市能吃到這麼棒的海鮮料理, 價錢卻非常親民. 是那種開在家裡隔壁,每天都會去買的餐點, 且菜色不油膩, 吃的也健康 , 真的超級推薦!

老實講,這一碗公新鮮又便宜的海鮮湯,我想不到全台北哪裡找的到第二家了。每天一碗海鮮湯加白飯,當早午餐,真的還不錯! 燙小卷和白蝦也都不錯,很新鮮!

一個突然很想吃虱目魚就衝過來了 上菜的時候我以為是「有種餓叫阿嬤覺得你很餓」? 燙青菜給超多欸!真的覺得店家很佛!? 鍋燒意麵整個感覺像是用了兩坨麵 好要開始細品食物了 首先虱目魚湯頭我個人覺得很不錯,算是篇清淡,如果蒜味再多一點會更好,魚肉超大一片 很新鮮!我吃過超多家無刺虱目魚,沒有比較沒有傷害,這家新鮮程度可以打贏一堆人(唯一美中不足的是,我這片吃到超多鱗片⋯⋯⋯ 可能是刮鱗片的人想睡了吧?? 鍋燒意麵的麵煮的有點久,如果大火滾煮再少個30秒口感會更好,湯頭裡面的白蝦很新鮮,兩隻超大的,裡面湯頭還給兩塊魚肉條,我覺得讚? 總之下次再來吃點粥或是魚皮 感謝店家提供美味的食物來刺激我的味蕾?

自己是熱愛魚湯的人,覺得明弘的湯頭只有3顆星,湯明顯有味精等調味感,雖然我不反味精,但這與強調熬煮鮮味的台南魚湯差太遠,也沒有比南機場一碗一碗煮的魚湯好喝,4顆星只因為CP值,60元虱目魚柳湯滿滿魚肉,肉量高於平均值,不過,喝這碗湯同時也讓我省思,最近黃秋生說不了解台灣人追求CP值。 至於明弘的滷肉飯,不是偏甜、偏醬味那種,走鹹味風格,肉汁給很多,擺明扒飯用。

位於萬華萬大路沿線的明弘無刺虱目魚,開業歷史尚未很長,主事者之前在台北魚市從事魚批發生意,後轉做虱目魚料理,因為如此淵源,加上店家距離台北魚市僅步行距離,明弘的虱目魚均是當天從市場直送,當場處理後料理上桌,所以「絕對新鮮」就是明弘最大的特色和優勢。 虱目魚料理只要新鮮,味美程度就至少8-90方起跳,這也是為何台南的虱目魚料理大都如此美味。這次初訪,直接來份「台南式早餐」:一碗魚皮湯,一碗肉燥飯(滷肉飯),然後再來一份菜單上沒有、點餐時服務員還需先跟店長確認是否已經有料的魚腸,先說結論:魚腸五顆星,魚皮湯則是”mixed”,滷肉飯普通。 明弘的魚腸大概是我在台北吃過最好吃的,其美味程度甚至超越不少台南在地店家,最主要原因當然就是市場直送直接上桌的新鮮。明弘的魚腸不像一些店家須以更多佐料來壓抑可能有的苦味,因為其極為新鮮,所以只有魚料的鮮甜,頂多配點新鮮薑絲即可,讓人忍不住想一口接著一口。魚皮湯的評價為何是”混合結果”(mixed)? 因爲魚皮本身上等(五星),可惜湯頭的調味部份不太行,所以只能有混合後的結果(3星)。明弘的虱目魚皮再次因為新鮮所以本身90分起跳,加上其肉質豐腴又大片,不像有些店家的給料既薄又小顯得可憐,給料大方又新鮮美味的明弘虱目魚皮,讓我聯想到台南一些名店如王氏魚皮;然而,可惜的是明弘的虱目魚皮湯以大量的油蔥和薑調味,尤其是油蔥,我認為是那種二等虱目魚湯會用的調味,不該用在如此新鮮的魚料湯頭上,因爲那會蓋掉魚料本身的新鮮風味,我認為就用清湯頂多配點芹菜末提味即可(參考台南王氏魚皮湯的調味),魚皮湯不是虱目魚粥,我個人認為實在不需要或放那麼多的油蔥。 滷肉飯的滷肉部份給料也是非常大方且肥瘦兼具,瘦的部份口感紮實(有點偏乾),肥的部份則是有膠質且嚐起來有彈性,味道部份調了豆鼓,整體滋味路線不是南部肉燥飯的路線,也不太是我的菜,但我相信有人應該會喜歡。 觀察明弘目前所在的店址之前應該有換過好幾輪店家,加上萬大路目前正在捷運施工,可知經營的不易,祝福店家可以堅持下去,繼續為大家帶來如此新鮮的虱目魚料理。未來定會再訪再嚐明弘美味的魚腸!

Because the fish skin itself is superior (five stars), it is a pity that the seasoning part of the soup is not good, so there can only be mixed results (3 stars). Minghong's milkfish skin is fresh, so it starts at 90 minutes. In addition, its meat is rich and large. Unlike some stores, the feed is thin and small. It is pitiful. The fresh and delicious Minghong milkfish skin is generous and fresh. Think of some famous restaurants in Tainan such as Wang’s fish skin; however, it’s a pity that Minghong’s milkfish skin soup is seasoned with a lot of oil onions and ginger, especially oil onions. I think it’s the second-class milkfish soup that will be used. The seasoning should not be used on such fresh fish soup, because it will cover the fresh flavor of the fish itself. I think it is enough to use the clear soup with a little celery to enhance the flavor (refer to Tainan Wang’s Fish Skin Soup The seasoning), fish skin soup is not milkfish porridge, I personally think that there is no need or put so many onions. The braised pork part of the braised pork rice is also very generous and fat and thin. The lean part has a solid taste (a bit dry), and the fat part is gelatinous and tastes elastic. The taste is partially adjusted with bean drum. The overall taste route is not the southern minced pork rice route, nor is it my dish, but I believe someone will like it. Observing that Minghong’s current location should have been changed several times before, and Wanda Road is currently under construction by the MRT, it is not easy to operate.
