與一般海產店所用田雞不同，較大隻，整隻未去皮（先有心理準備），可幫剪；肉質較嫩，感覺有一點像吃魚?（一般田雞較像吃雞肉）。
蒜味湯頭清爽但卻感覺夠香濃好喝。
