【手工粉條冰】之前造訪幾次,但是都撲空。今天看到評論說端午節之後有開始營業,今日特來造訪。在全聯旁邊轉角處有一個攤車,老夫婦貨真價實的古早味"剉冰",沒錯,是真的大冰塊,用手工挫刀一片一片敲下來。在這種超級大熱天,這種大片剉冰不易融化,才夠消暑!! ?
☑手工粉條冰(45元) = 選了一個綜合外帶。傳統的大剉冰,在36度高溫下移動,到家享用時,冰塊還健在。糖水有香蕉水味,相當熟悉的孩童味道。不過綠豆不太優,整坨黏在一起,吃起來甚至有點苦澀的味道。鳳梨醃漬的還可以,不會過酸過硬。粉條應該是這次最滿意的,QQ滑滑,跟剉冰最對味。整體4分。

☑ Handmade vermicelli ice (45 yuan) = I chose a comprehensive takeout. The traditional big cut ice moves at a high temperature of 36 degrees. When you eat it at home, the ice is still alive. The syrup has the taste of banana water, which is quite familiar to children. However, the mung beans are not very good, the whole lump sticks together, and even tastes a bit bitter.
