不像其它家還要再自己調味
油蔥香氣再帶點醋酸味
福州麵標配的魚丸蛋包餛飩都有
湯頭蠻清爽的
餛飩還是中原福州乾拌麵好吃
營業到凌晨一點
可以考慮當宵夜
畢竟這一帶宵夜不多
要不然只能往萬大路那家點心攤
或是南機場24小時麵攤去

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天不知道為什麼很想吃乾麵，可惜常去的愛店已打烊，很幸運的透過Google發現了這家店。
點餐不用劃單，直接出聲，各司其職的「老闆」們就會默默作業，再把餐點端上。
滷菜是我喜歡的傳統風味，鹹香中淡淡回甘，再配上北部大多數麵攤都不見蹤影的辣油，對我來說就已達到四星水準。
滷菜送上桌時就會先報價，可愛的是結帳時老闆會再問一遍今天吃什麼，接著快速在腦中算帳?
最喜歡內用桌上擺的餐具都是環保材質，對於一間翻桌率不小、人力也有限的店來說實屬不易。有機會經過一定會再訪！

The stewed vegetables are my favorite traditional flavor. The salty aroma is faintly sweet, and combined with the spicy oil that is not seen in most noodle stalls in the north, it has reached the four-star level for me.
When the stewed dishes are delivered to the table, the price will be quoted first. The lovely thing is that the boss will ask again during the checkout what to eat today, and then quickly settle the bill in his head?
The tableware that I like most on the inner table is made of environmentally friendly materials, which is not easy for a shop with a high turnover rate and limited manpower. Will definitely visit again after having the opportunity!

3.綜合麵中碗（魚丸+餛飩+蛋包）份量超大，1.5球麵，吃超飽的!
4.醃蘿蔔鹹中帶辣超涮嘴
5.蛋包是半熟欸很幸福
6.老闆熱情親切，甚至熟客還可以預留餐點。
7.麵預設是細麵但是也有寬麵（陽春麵）選擇。
Good choice for a late night snack!

7. The face preset is fine face but there is also a wide face (yangchun face) option.

乾麵+餛飩蛋包湯是我的標配，細麵條煮得剛好不會過爛，加上烏醋跟辣油就很美味；餛飩是以瘦肉為主的台式小扁食，水煮蛋包通常是半熟。
麵條還有寬麵，如果有偏好可以特別跟老闆說；菜單上的麻醬麵、福州麵跟滷菜也非常熱門。店家另有提供辣醃蘿蔔乾可自行夾取。
雖然隨著捷運工程施工，周邊交通路面變窄，提高了停車難度，店裡空間依然小小的，但用餐的內部環境硬體改善了，重點是多年來的傳統美味跟老闆的親切還是沒變！2022/03
After discovering this small shop many years ago, I will miss it if I haven't eaten for a while.
Dry noodles + wonton egg bun soup is my standard configuration. The thin noodles are cooked just enough not to be too rotten. It is delicious with black vinegar and chili oil. It is half cooked.
There are noodles and wide noodles, if you have a preference, you can tell the boss in particular; the sesame sauce noodles, Fuzhou noodles and braised vegetables on the menu are also very popular. The store also provides spicy pickled dried radish, which can be picked by yourself.
Although with the construction of the MRT project, the surrounding traffic roads have narrowed, which has increased the difficulty of parking, and the space in the store is still small, but the internal environment of dining has been improved. Change! 2022/03
