態度客氣服務不好,問需要抽號碼牌嗎,說不用也不說是去哪等或排隊就這樣走掉,結果看到排隊的跟著排居然是繳費的,辦業務的要去旁邊等,感覺超差,沒人導引就算了也沒牌子,爛透了還好要換家了

前两天收到中華電信傳來簡訊,本人手機號碼到期可到各服務據點或打800洽談,内有好幾個優惠項目,其中有一項469吃到飽方案,因就近所以到該中華特約店辦理,點開簡訊給服務人員看,結果該員一瞄直接說不行要上網申請, 我說不是可到各服務據點辨理嗎?該員說等一下他要問問,結果另服務員說可以,所以見意如有時間還是到中華直營門市辦理較好,之前不是LINE無法用那時内人剛續約也換了新手機因無法使用,問服務人員兩句話一、手機没壞二、你們要問軟體廠商,後來上網爬文才解決。我是給兩顆半星
