因為居隔單一直沒下來造訪,現場人很多,電話很多,志工跟承辦人員接應不暇 但還是得到很有耐心的回答跟處理方式,填完單子再等候幾日,收到電話都是晚上7點了? 感覺他們真的很辛苦也很努力了 大家多點包容多點鼓勵 (對比新北要現場排隊60人我覺得好太多了)

電話打去語音一直在跳針又要我重撥一樣的電話號碼講完直接就斷線,重複打了又打都一樣,好不容易打通,這次語音告知請按9由總機接聽,結果按了9就直接斷線,不然就是要按*等候 結果按了*又直接斷線……一次又一次在跳針,不知道到底是系統有問題還是人員忙到不想接……真的很想罵髒話
