挑嘴王口中的夜市必吃雞魯飯,就在這了!
羅東囝仔我本人去夜市如果要吃正餐,以前真的只有隔壁的羊肉炒麵(不太需要跟觀光客排隊哇尬意)
但自從挑嘴王介紹雞魯飯之後我就變心了?
雖然他招牌是肉圓,但真的沒吃過肉圓!哈哈哈。
Google Map上寫雞肉飯,我們偏偏吃的是雞魯飯(超給小)
✅雞魯飯:瘦肉燥單吃很無聊,但配上偏油的雞肉飯&雞油,就成了一種很舒服的誘人香味。
✅豆腐:同場加映意外點的,結果口感很喜歡,裡面夠軟、醬也夠味。推!
✅辣椒必加!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 可以點 炒麵 + 炒米粉 綜合的(一半炒麵&一半炒米粉),菜單上沒有,直接跟老闆講就可以了,苦瓜排骨湯頭鮮甜好喝。
You can order fried noodles + fried rice noodles (half fried noodles & half fried rice noodles). It is not on the menu. Just tell the boss directly. The bitter gourd pork ribs soup is sweet and delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人家都說宜蘭人嘴挑,這間我真心覺得比嘉義幾家知名老店還好吃。
雖然羅東夜市的美食沒有宜蘭東門夜市來得吸引我,但來到羅東夜市要是很猶豫要吃什麼的時候,身體倒是會自動導航到這坐下,以前客人不多位置充裕,現在幾乎每次去都要等下才有空位,也算越來越有一席之地了,但總覺得飯粒跟米粉的濕度越來越高了,入口有過軟濡的感受。
『雞絲飯』?:雞絲不會很乾柴,淋上不少雞汁、雞油,是走濕潤口感的,但有時飯太軟吸了汁後吃起來像湯泡飯,會覺得太軟爛了,但飯粒吸飽香氣,又會讓人忽略米飯應該有的粒粒分明感,不知不覺淅瀝呼嚕的就耙完整碗飯了。
『雞魯飯』?:軟爛感會更明顯,但也是相當熱銷。
?我沒印象宜蘭人愛吃糊糊的軟飯啊?
『米粉炒』?:一樣很溼軟到已經失去了米粉的Q彈度了,稍嫌可惜。
『豬血湯』?:豬血沒有過多腥味,且沒有煮到過老“蒼蒼”那樣,還是非常滑嫩有彈性,韭菜段也給的恰到好處搭配上一點點的沙茶提香,整碗湯豐厚感不差。
?但全部的湯品跟它店相比較為一般。

It has a moist taste, but sometimes the rice is too soft and tastes like rice in soup after sucking the juice. It is soft and rotten, but the rice grains are full of aroma, and people will ignore the distinct sense of grains that the rice should have, and the whole bowl of rice will be raked unknowingly.
"Jilu Rice" ?: The softness will be more obvious, but it is also very popular.
?I have no impression that Yilan people like to eat squishy soft rice?
"Fried rice noodles" ?: The same is so soggy that it has lost the Q elasticity of rice noodles, which is a pity.
"Pig blood soup" ?: The pig blood does not have too much fishy smell, and it has not been boiled to the old "Cang Cang", it is still very smooth and elastic. The leek segment is also just right with a little bit of shacha, the whole bowl The richness of the soup is not bad.
