向老闆以1支$1700元，買了2支$3400元東元遙控電風扇，回到家使用時發現有1支電風扇，遙控功能故障，拿回店家跟老闆娘反應是故障品要換貨，老闆娘居然說不能換貨也不能退貨，害我賠了$1700元。
希望不要再有消費者受害了。
