★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 管理委員裡面有些不錯，有些就很難說了，有一個男的，應該是主委，一臉就是人家欠他很多一樣，講話也非常傲慢自以為，選這種人來為大家服務，也是很悲哀。 繳了管理費，不是電梯按鈕壞掉不能按，就是管理員常常不在，繳辛酸的，相信有一大堆住戶有同感，不爽很久的，只是敢怒不敢言，區區一個小主委，自以為是。好險已經搬走很久了，管委會某些成員不換，就是一整個糟糕而已，極度不推薦～
Some of the management committee members are good, but some are hard to say. There is a man who should be the chairman. He looks like he owes him a lot. He speaks very arrogantly and thinks that it is very sad to choose such a person to serve everyone. . After paying the management fee, either the elevator button is broken and cannot be pressed, or the administrator is often absent. I believe that a large number of residents feel the same way, and they feel unhappy for a long time, but they dare not speak up. A mere little chairman is self-righteous. Good insurance has been removed for a long time. If some members of the management committee do not change, it is just a whole bad thing. I don’t recommend it at all~
