第一次來吃就被（小碗）的份量嚇到了，好大一碗呀～?
炸牡蠣，小孩竟然能接受，還吃完了！可見新鮮度有夠喔！?
真心推薦愛吃拉麵的可以來吃！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這天原本要吃實家的新口味，但不料不到下午一點就賣完。只好附近隨便吃吃。
這碗豚骨拉麵看起來從配料到碗都很像台式拉麵，味道也有那麼一點像，湯底調味和叉燒、糖心蛋稍微偏甜，可是湯的濃稠度和味覺的層次又不太像業務湯。嗯......是自己熬的。
如果說這樣不太鹹而且偏甜就算是台式拉麵的話，它應該算是台式拉麵的超級頂點。湯自己熬，豚骨+全雞，鮮味確實不是一般業務湯比得上的。如果不太能接受一般的拉麵店覺得太鹹，這間其實不錯喔。
對了，炸雞也偏甜。不過雞肉的嫩度也會讓人印象深刻。

This bowl of tonkotsu ramen looks like Taiwanese ramen from the ingredients to the bowl, and it tastes a little bit like. The soup base is slightly sweeter with char siu and sugar-filled eggs, but the thickness of the soup and the level of taste are not like business soup. Hmm...I made it myself.
If this is not too salty and sweet, it is considered Taiwanese ramen, it should be regarded as the super apex of Taiwanese ramen. The soup is boiled by itself, pork bones + whole chicken, and the flavor is really not comparable to ordinary business soup. If you can't accept the average ramen shop that feels too salty, this one is actually good.
By the way, fried chicken is also sweeter. But the tenderness of the chicken is also impressive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天呀,份量真的很多 ，今日第一次來 點了一碗小地獄拉麵 粗麵＋A炸豆腐/B炸牡蠣＝268元，小辣麵不會太辣只是味道比較重一些，如果真的吃辣的可能要中辣以上，小胃口的如果考慮要點加ABC套餐 主餐可以選擇經濟拉麵99元，不然可能會吃不完，湯個人還是覺得比較重一些 店家有提供無調味清湯可以自己加湯，麵條Q， 3塊叉燒肉很大塊，提供給想來的人參考看看

The small spicy noodles are not too spicy but the taste is heavier. If you really eat it Spicy may be more than medium spicy. If you have a small appetite, you can choose economical ramen for 99 yuan if you want to add ABC set meal. Otherwise, you may not finish it. The soup is personally heavier.
