老闆推薦季節限定的麻油魚蛋 很好吃!
今天點了滷肉飯 燙青菜 滷蛋 豆乾 魚排飯 鱸魚湯
都很棒!
滷肉飯很夠味!燙青菜居然是自己切的蒜頭醬油!這種比現成的蒜蓉醬油或是滷汁等等其他的都讓我驚喜!
炸魚排現炸酥脆不油膩!
魚湯新鮮好喝!
美中不足的是飯煮有爛、魚排飯配菜好像罐頭玉米?可以換別種增加價值感
點滷蛋和豆乾是分開裝,很精緻可愛,如果用大容器裝一起應該對於客人回收餐具和店員清洗都可以增加方便性!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一週內叫了三次ubereat, 2款鱸魚湯都非常好喝,不敢吃魚皮的我,陳記的皮我都直接吃下去!
燙青菜也不會過於軟爛!麵線很香,吃的時候還是燙口的,只是可能外送難免口感沒有這麼Q。
唯一奇怪的是,每次都有個可以選醬料的選項,三次都沒有附上,但是倒也沒什麼關係,因為其實魚肉很新鮮 也不太需要沾醬。

覺得鱸魚非常鮮甜軟嫩,幾乎沒什麼魚刺,湯頭也很舒服順口,又有薑絲可以暖身子(私心覺得特別適合生病或虛弱的人欸!)
店裡內用的話會看到魚缸裡的鱸魚游來游去,雖然是告訴客人用料很新鮮,但是我個人邊吃魚邊看魚游泳,還是有點毛毛的啦哈哈
