因事務繁忙無時間補染白髮,所以找了一間住家附近較早開門的家庭理髮,想說網上評價不錯就所以今日預約補染,預約後到店設計師老闆的母親,先跟我溝通,店內有花粉染、護髮染、化學染的價位,下面還有寫補髮..(補髮..被海報遮住),就詢問補髮根多少錢,老媽媽說價格一樣,補髮根就是整頭染,因為是補全頭的白髮,真是無言.....,另我為了儘量跟原髮色相同,所以選擇了化學染,好讓設計師調整顏色,結果老闆的老媽媽說專染白髮又近我髮色只有咖啡紅,我本身髮色無偏紅,怕染完髮根會一圈紅有色差就繼續詢問化學染不是可調色?結果老媽媽就說不可能保證沒色差,它們只有這個顏色,染劑是日本進口非常貴,其他客人全部都很滿意,還會介紹客人來,說它們價位是附近最便宜的(花粉染600、護髮染700、化學染800),我說價位不是問題,只是希望色差不能太大,....之後老闆回來(全店只有老闆一人服務,2張椅子),老闆母親就跟兒子唸說我詢問髮根的價位,又要求染完顏色要一模一樣完全不能有色差,我說我並沒有這樣要求完全無色差之事,兒子跟我溝通的過程中,老媽不停在旁碎唸,真的很抓狂,更離譜的是兒子最後跟我說,他們只有咖啡紅一種顏色,我應該去找原本的設計師,才能達到我想要的顏色跟效果,這是在趕人嗎???我覺得我再繼續跟他們講下去,他們會認為我意見那麼多卻還不走,根本是在自取其辱,所以我也是說謝謝就離開了,出來後心情超不開心,後來在附近另一家髮廊,詢問補染、全染、調色等問題,別家設計師完全聽的懂,是很正常專業的店家,我不了解我是走錯了時空嗎?怎麼會有這麼不專業的設計師還能出來開店,老母親還在店裡幫倒忙,後來聽其他店設計師說,才知道它們是剪髮比較多,希望專業度跟產品可以再齊全點,否則真的讓客戶很無言....
