★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 炒飯份量足且不油膩，高麗菜也炒得清甜好吃，是十分健康家常的口味。點完稍等一陣子看餐點應該都好了，卻不見老闆娘打包；走近一看發現炒鍋裡有幾匙湯的份量，裡面有顆蛤蜊在滾煮。猜想可能是老闆娘發現剛起鍋的湯裡有顆沒開，於是撈出來再滾過。這重煮也毫不馬虎，薑絲調味都沒少。滾開了再加回去妥善包好，實在令人感動！
