★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not your typical Japanese restaurant. A very local place, don’t expect any service whatsoever. You write down your own order, pass it to the boss and wait for your food. The food is fresh though, so if you are looking for a reasonable price sashimi, this is the place to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPDATE: Their quality of food and service is not what it used to be. Whether or not the place is even open depends on how distracted the employees are by their phones.
Good sashimi an a great price. I recommend the special (招牌) of you want a bit of everything, and it's only TWD$100. Unfortunately the place has a problem with cleanliness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 130nt for the signature chirashi bowl. The value is incredible. The quality is definitely there too with good variety of fresh tasting fish that are in really thick cuts. Brown rice has a nice bite to it. owner seems to genuinely care and told me to not order the more expensive salmon bowl cuz of some concern over the fish quality.
