★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蕃茄麵，少見的手工刀削，麵很Q，湯頭中規中矩，搭配麵條不會過鹹或膩口，但是也沒有讓人驚艷的感覺
價位與份量在可以接受的範圍，平常吃完一個便當還能喝湯吃點心的胃口，吃完麵喝完湯感覺大約七分飽左右（麵是吃一半了才想到要拍?）
老闆蠻親切的，店裡明亮乾淨，整體感覺很不錯
要吃超級美食的話不是首選，但是平日用餐來說算不錯的選擇??
Tomato noodles, rare hand-cut, the noodles are very Q, the soup is quite satisfactory, it will not be too salty or greasy when paired with the noodles, but it is not amazing.
The price and portion are within an acceptable range. I usually have an appetite for soup and snacks after eating a bento. After eating the noodles and drinking the soup, I feel about 70% full (I thought of taking pictures after eating half of the noodles)
The owner is very kind, the shop is bright and clean, and the overall feeling is very good
It’s not the first choice for super gourmet food, but it’s a good choice for daily meals??

牛肉很大塊但有點偏硬 ，湯是比較清爽的非濃郁型。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing hand shaved noodles. So much texture and deliciousness and really different to most other noodles you get in Taiwan. Also a really great broth and tender, juicy beef. Best beef noodle soup I had in Taiwan. Also super friendly and happy family that runs it. Look for the red sign, big pot of boiling water in the window, and lump of noodle dough ready for shaving. Great find!!
