旨い安い早いの三拍子揃っています。
このような昔ながらのチャーハン店で台湾ではやや高級食材の桜海老をつかっているメニューがあることは珍しいので、桜花蝦炒飯(110元)を注文しました。
先客1で待ち時間は5分程度でした。
期待以上に海老の風味がする、蝦醤かは不明ですが少し臭みが感じられる(しかしこれが無くなると海老感が大幅に無くなるはず)、桜海老、ネギ、キャベツが入っている、塩分はベスト、化学調味料少なめ、粘り気が少ないタイ米のような米を使用している、期待以上にパラパラしている、量は350グラムくらいありそうなので十分、な感想でした。
台湾の昔ながらの雰囲気なので見ためも衛生的ではないですが、この値段でこのクオリティーはリピート確定です。

It's delicious, cheap, and fast.
It is rare in Taiwan to have a menu that uses sakura shrimp, which is a slightly high-class ingredient, at such an old-fashioned fried rice shop, so I ordered fried rice with sakura shrimp (110 yuan).
The waiting time was about 5 minutes for the first customer 1.
It tastes more shrimp than expected, it's unclear if it's sardines, but it smells a little (but if it's gone, the shrimp sensation should disappear significantly), it contains sakura shrimp, green onions, and cabbage, and the salt content is the best. I used rice like Thai rice with less chemical seasoning and less stickiness, it was more than I expected, and the amount seems to be about 350 grams, so it was a good impression.
It's not hygienic because it has the old-fashioned atmosphere of Taiwan, but at this price, this quality is a repeat.

Yes i know i ordered the salted fish, but i had better fried rice that that one. The clams in the soup wasn’t as fresh as it can be.
