麻煩行銷部門全體人員以及主管認真審視自己,不要只會出一張嘴,等到最後關頭再來把從一開始就該評估到的事情提出來要做更改,到底是主管以下的人員沒有做到該做的,還是主管沒盡到相關管理?還不錯的公司真的會被消極且不負責任的行銷體系拖垮!
