可以吃的出來材料都很新鮮，魷魚非常的有彈性，下面鋪了一層厚厚的豆芽菜，感覺自己好像賺到了一盤免費的燙青菜！不像過鹹的潮州式沙茶，是屬於比較溫和的口味。羊肉羹的羊肉片還蠻軟嫩的，湯頭也很清甜，放了很多的九層塔提味，剛好就是我心中古早味的樣子！
