The Huxiao Pavilion, located next to the Hushan River, has a very imposing name. There is a small bridge next to it and a platform and two steps of stairs. You can sit in the pavilion or the stairs and have a picnic with the stream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huxiao Pavilion (literally Tiger Howl Pavilion 虎嘯亭) - is a resting area along the Tiger Mountain Hiking Trail (虎山自然步道) and beside a creek. Nice place where one can breath phytoncide (芬多精), a substance released by some plants and trees that can supposedly increase our immune system.
