椿	椿山りをん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 台湾のローカルフードでもある豬腳(豚足)弁当95元と茹で青菜40元をテイクアウトで注文しました。日本人にはあまり馴染みのない弁当なのでいろいろな意味で楽しめました。店内はキレイですのでイートインも安心です。弁当はご飯の上に豚足と硬茹で煮卵が乗っているだけのシンプルなものです。味付けは口に合いますが、豚足だけでご飯を食べるのは少し抵抗がありました。さすがに肉やホルモンなどがミックスされていないと食べ飽きますし食感が嫌になってきます。骨が多いので注意が必要です。毛が無いだけましですが… (台湾で今まで毛付きの豚足に何度も遭遇) 台湾の豚肉料理は豚足だったり皮付き肉だったり味付けだったりと沖縄に近い感覚なので抵抗がない方ももちろんいるはずです。 I ordered a take-out of 95 yuan for a pig's trotter lunch and 40 yuan for boiled greens, which is also a local food in Taiwan.
