The scale is small, it can accommodate about 200 people to watch the performances. Mr. Ma Nianci, the chief in charge, manages it carefully. Although it has been around for years, it is well organized. There are stage facilities, but no special lighting and sound for performances. The existing sound is relatively average.

This activity center is located at No. 22, Lane 364, Section 1, Jilong Road, Taipei City. It is very close to the city government. The center has a spacious venue. Today, the venue is borrowed for a folk dance party. The dancers enjoyed the dance.
