★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried so many 豆花 around Taiwan but this is the best one know. The tofu is sooo soft and creamy, it has a super fresh feeling to it and combines perfectly with the ginger sauce and toppings. The vendor is also incredibly friendly. If the market was not so far away, l'd probably eat here everyday.
