花了許多時間到現場勘景、溝通，以及所有工作人員再次到現場確認細節，也全部都談好定案了，我們也與客戶方溝通好確認使用此場地作為活動空間。隔兩天得到回應有其他人付訂金就直接把我們預定的時段取消了。
我可以接受先付訂金的人先取得場地租借權，但在此之前都是由我們優先在溝通租借的，要付訂金我們也沒有問題，怎麼會連知會一聲都沒有，就直接把我們談好的時段給別人？完全無法苟同這種經營方式。

I spent a lot of time on site survey and communication, and all the staff went to the site again to confirm the details, and all of them were negotiated and finalized. We also communicated with the client to confirm the use of this venue as an event space. After receiving a response every two days, someone else paid the deposit and cancelled our scheduled time slot.
I can accept that the person who pays the deposit first obtains the right to rent the venue, but before that, it is our priority to communicate and rent. We have no problem with paying the deposit. How can we directly talk to us without a notification? Good time to others? I can't agree with this way of doing business at all.
