其實可以感覺老闆是專業的,人也是熱心的。只是對 他們 維修流程 與 價格不透明,我不能接受。

早上10點與老闆約了檢查車子,
老闆表示有漏油,水箱也有問題等。
老闆娘請我留下名字與電話,說會與我聯繫。
到了晚上大約2030取車,都沒收到店家來電。
到店內,老闆表示,已「自行做主」幫我換了三個冷氣的過濾網,費用約4,000新台幣。
並在報價單上,表列出另外約10項,尚須修理的項目。包含早上檢查出來的 漏油、水箱等問題。
詢問 漏油、水箱等耗材費用,老闆拒絕回答,並說 討厭客人「比價」。
我與老闆表示,在換器材之前,應該先來電與我確認。
老闆說,他覺得這沒多少錢,也覺得冷氣濾網該換了,就自行幫我做主。也表示因為我不懂車,一般保養就有包含換耗材了,他的做法符合正常流程。在溝通後,老闆最後表達歉意,認為沒有是先告知報價,是他做事不完美。
老闆說,
看看是不是花一點小錢,就換掉三片冷氣過濾網,未來我還可以去跟他請教車子的問題。不然就是他將 新裝上的器材拆下,並裝回舊的。
我決定請老闆將舊的裝回。並請老闆重新打上報價單。
最後,付了將近 7,000 ,其中包含 7瓶機油 + 工錢 1,800 (每小時900,共2小時) 。
好在在整個溝通過程中,雙方是平和的,也開心圓滿落幕。

The proprietress asked me to leave my name and phone number and said that I would contact me.

When I arrived at the store, the boss said that I had changed my own air-conditioning filter for about 4,000 New Taiwan dollars.
And on the quotation, the table lists about another 10 items that still need to be repaired. It includes problems such as oil leaks and water tanks that were checked in the morning.
Asked about the cost of consumables such as oil spills and water tanks, the boss refused to answer and said that he hated the "price comparison" of the guests.
I told the boss that I should call and confirm with me before changing equipment.
The boss said that he felt that there was not much money, and that the air-conditioning filter should be changed, and he would help me. It also means that because I don't know the car, the general maintenance has the need to replace the consumables, and his approach is in line with the normal process. After the communication, the boss finally expressed his apology, saying that he did not inform the quotation first, that he was not perfect.
The boss says,
If you want to spend a little money, you can replace the three air-conditioning filters. In the future, I can go to ask him questions about the car. Otherwise, he removed the newly installed equipment and put it back in the old one.
I decided to ask the boss to put the old one back. And ask the boss to re-enter the quotation.
Finally, nearly 7,000 was paid, including 7 bottles of oil + 1,800 (900 per hour, 2 hours total).
Fortunately, in the entire communication process, the two sides are peaceful and happy to come to a successful conclusion.
