感受度不佳，看到這麼多簽約有問題，自己也不敢下定

打電話過去 卻說也聯絡不到對方
房仲態度也一直很糟
詢問是否可以約看其他間 卻被回…
建議要找房可以跳過這間仲介公司
以免浪費時間又生氣

We made an appointment yesterday and ended up calling the agent at the scene, but the agent was not on the phone and didn't answer the call, so we waited at the scene for 2 hours

第一次體驗就0顆星(最低只能給1顆星)
服務真的超級爛
近期在找租屋處
一直刷新591每天都在看
一看到一間比較好的(1-3分鐘前發布)
我就馬上打電話過去詢問
殊不知語音說"電話中"(心裡想,應該是被搶先一步)
於是我掛掉後等了幾秒又繼續打(心裡想是不是通話完了)
PS：因為前些陣子有遇過沒有10分鐘內打,打過去說已經租出去的案子
重點來了:
好不容易接通後
一位叫做蘇先生的-大三通服務員
口氣態度很差
還在電話中唸我
他說,就通話中了你還一直打
剛剛是你連續打了很多次嗎
你要記住
要有最多打兩次的習慣
(我當場無言)
心裡想
到底誰會知道你哪時通話完畢
到底誰會知道你哪時願意接電話
到底誰知道你是5分鐘通話完畢還是10分鐘通話完畢還是他馬的60分鐘通話完畢
我到底要哪時再打?
我晚點打我就要賭上被租掉的風險
熱門物件本來你就要知道會有很多人打過去
這是身為房仲應該要有的基本理念
哪有反過來罵租客,唸租客不要打太多次
反正大家記住
大三通不動產
蘇先生這個人服務態度很差
這間公司的房子我以後要買
也不會找他們家的看
