前前後後租了三次,現場負責人三次皆面無表情、惜字如金的回答問題,第二次去音響沒有聲音,不耐煩的坐在位置上回:旁邊不是有寫?
說已經照做還是不行,才起身幫忙看。
預約時未告知,現場要求我們脫鞋才能入內,但練舞需要穿著鞋,詢問是否能用濕紙巾+酒精擦鞋底。
第一次、第二次面無表情的揮手示意可以,第三次課程時間有抵累、延後出來讓我們晚進去,擦完鞋入內,又要求我們跳完要拖地。
沒關係,非常配合的幫忙拖教室,但我們邊拖他邊說角落沒有拖到、催促快一點外面還有下一堂課的人在等,但我們本來就延後進去了啊?
沒有一聲:不好意思讓我們晚進去、麻煩你們結束幫忙拖地,只有冷漠的命令。
本來只是租個場地練習,並不在意服務態度,但是延後讓我們進去,幫忙拖地了,還要態度很差的催又嫌拖的慢+不好……
結束還問付錢了嗎?哈囉!早就先付了!連我們有沒有付錢都不記得嗎?

來做幾天助理的工作,當初是說薪水當日現領,就在昨天,此公司負責人由於外出,說薪水要用匯款,我回家給存簿資料後,他回公司後有時間點評我哪裡做不好,以訊息訓斥我,卻沒時間走到公司旁邊ATM匯薪水給我,或是線上匯款,我目前還未遇過這樣拖欠薪水的公司。他說隔日會請助理處理,截至剛才八點半,款項遲遲未匯入,這樣的公司,誰能信任。
幾天下來的臨時助理的工作,我多次外出出差,沒勞健保、任何保險,我也就算了,交付工作也交代不清楚......
今天,我與此公司負責人根本不熟,我沒必要去弄他或什麼的,我只是單純為了生活而工作的人而已,但為何我要花時間第一次的,打如此長的文,因為我覺得這負責人在私下的line的溝通上,有很大的問題,但他完全不見一點歉意,倒是一味的雞蛋裡挑骨頭,說我哪裡不ok,而且我要在這評論,他有說到要告我等等的訊息,這世界真是悖謬彎曲,以資方的高姿態來壓勞方講出事實。說真的,我還親眼見此公司負責人的其他作為,但沒錄影等的證據,在此就不多說。不過,話說回來,這Google評論的地方,我昨天才第一次認真去看,評價本來就差,所以我也覺得蠻可憐的,長時間的不怎麼樣的評價,自己不內省,反倒告訴我要報警等等的,請問您良心還過得去嗎???
對於不會帶人,不會員工教育的老闆,問題總是想要怪到員工上,能否成熟點。
其實不用太長時間相處已見此人人品,更何況是長期接觸的合作廠商或老師、客人...
