★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這是一個集合銀行、商鋪、及大量公司行號辨事處的商務中心型式的大樓,周邊生活機能都很便利，缺點就是内部的商辦公共設施陳舊,感覺上是因陋就簡、得過且過,比較缺乏管理而沒有活力。
說實話在台北信義區的商務大樓尚且如此,那麼台灣其他地方的狀況就更難以想像了,希望台灣政府加油!台灣人加油!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 覺得管理大哥人超級親切看到人都會打招呼，但那個打掃阿姨就真的很不行，有次跟大哥借推車不到30分鐘阿姨就態度超差用罵的，而且還是用教訓的方式對我的同事，同事回來都快哭了，很想詢問同事做錯什麼?
