★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 要是有0星更好，客服處理超級差，Bug修復排程以年為單位，簡直無動於衷，自從被迫換代理給艾肯，錢都不會想投進去，拒玩所有艾肯旗下的遊戲。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天諭明明是一個很好玩的遊戲怎麼被你們這些代理的搞到一堆人退遊，最近的舉世就是個實例……一直舉有什麼意義⋯⋯要舉不舉的一堆bug ，一次就算了還給我好幾次，自從合服以後就變了調……老實說我是為了衣服跟npc 才課金的，都砸錢了遊戲品質可不可以好一點？？？前面一區的老玩家都分分退遊不然就是玩陸服，真心覺得一個遊戲被搞成這樣真的很不簡單。希望貴公司能夠好好反省一下，可不可以認真經營呢？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真後悔沒有早點查這間公司的評價，天諭是我玩過過年活動最寒酸的遊戲，不只活動砍、可兌換道具也砍。連我玩的一個名不見經傳小公司代理的、只課月卡就能跨服前30名的超小眾遊戲，過年活動都比艾肯大方。我是因為一群朋友一起玩走不掉，奉勸有想玩這家代理商遊戲的把評價都看看，各種奇葩問題真的都遇過，完美詮釋什麼叫只想從玩家口袋撈錢其他都沒心處理。
