請問貴公司有給員工培訓嗎？電話禮儀沒有（不報公司名稱、姓氏）專業也無法回答，像踢皮球一樣把客戶踢來踢去是一間諾大的外商代理公司應有的態度嗎？真是顛覆了我的想像。
Because I want to buy engine lubricants, I went to the phone number provided by your company’s official website at about 10 o’clock this morning to call Clam Feng for information about engine lubricants. I asked the agent for three questions, and the switchboard lady asked me for three questions. 87926222, Mr. switchboard couldn't answer my question and asked me to call the agent and leave my contact information.... I waited for nearly a day and didn't have a phone call.
Does your company provide training for employees? Telephone etiquette (without reporting the company name, surname) professional and unable to answer, is kicking customers around like a ball is the attitude that a Novartis foreign agency should have? It really subverted my imagination.
