★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平時訂花都非常有水準，但今天是情人節價錢高了1.5倍，花也包的隨便，連包裝紙都皺皺的。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 之前在這裡買過滿多次花，都覺得很滿意，但這次過年訂了一盆桌花送給我媽，收到貨時發現有些花稍微有被壓到，花也不太新鮮，有被悶壞的感覺。訂購前店員說此盆花可以約放一週，但才過三天，我媽已經剪掉很多垂死的花。希望店家能夠在特別節日收大量訂單之下仍舊保持原有的品質，謝謝。
I have bought many flowers here before, and I am very satisfied, but this time I ordered a pot of table flowers for my mother. Stuffy feeling. Before ordering, the clerk said that this potted flower can be kept for about a week, but after only three days, my mother has cut off a lot of dying flowers. I hope that the store can still maintain the original quality even after receiving a large number of orders on special festivals, thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 母親節訂花結果大部分的花是萎的，不知道是悶壞還是不新鮮。花瓣在運送過逞中有被擠壓或破損，然後運送時候水有露出來，紙箱底部跟包裝紙是濕的。配色不像官網，鮮豔跟配色對比都下降。（照片是送來當日拍的）
有跟店家反應（有遲了兩天因為是請朋友代訂，在猶豫要不要反映），後續有打電話來道歉，不過以節日訂購來說還是不推薦，所以給一星。
Most of the flowers I ordered on Mother's Day were wilted, and I don't know if they were stuffy or not fresh. The petals were squeezed or damaged during transportation, and then the water was exposed during transportation, and the bottom of the carton and the wrapping paper were wet. The color matching is not like the official website, the contrast of bright and color matching has declined. (The photo was taken on the day it was delivered)
There was a reaction with the store (some were two days late because I asked a friend to book on their behalf, so I was hesitant to report it), and I called to apologize later, but it is still not recommended for holiday ordering, so I give one star.

Flower does not have emotion, customer will expect warm service.
Hope them have a good one.
Not recommend this shop.
