I can confirm though that my Taiwanese business partner is treated differently than I, Now I get slower response to questions and lesser confidentiality. They advise my Taiwanese partner what I am doing even when my partner doesn't ask them what im doing. But when I ask why my partner was advised on a matter concerning both partner and I and I was not included in the GenPro agents calls on the matter (7 phone calls).... Well Its confidential. I am not allowed to have a record of why 7 calls on a matter I know is not a personal one of my Partners. I now find either GenPro has become unprofessional or my partner requested I am not to be told. Personally I don't mind my partner being privy to anything I request of GenPro - I believe in abiding by a business contract where all off shore consultations and services between us are transparent - I have nothing to hide. Im surprised GenPro is supportive of secret consultations that fall outside the contract rules my business partner and I made.
