★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 幹！什麼跟什麼？詢問的跟實際作業完成不一致；電洽諮詢說車險報廢退款不用手續費，退款由報廢那天開始計，結果還是被扣！雖然只是小錢，不過專程到場辦理，資料申請書都先備妥，還是很嘔！奉勸大家保險這東西，基本款有就好，因為錢一旦出去後，再拿回來，微乎其微。
