★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021/09/17忙了一天只有晚上有時間處理自己的事務，正因為知道正常服務時間只有0800-1700，所以才只得打24小時服務專線做詢問，結果得到得回答只有：請在上班時間去找自己戶籍所在的榮民服務處詢問。
在這24小時服務專線中我得不到幫助那要這專線做甚麼？請人乾領薪水的嗎？
2021/09/17. I was busy for a day and only had time to deal with my own affairs at night. Just because I knew that the normal service hours were only 0800-1700, I had to call the 24-hour service line to make inquiries. The only answer I got was: Please go during working hours Ask the Veterans Service Office where your household registration is located.
I can’t get help from this 24-hour service line. What do I need this line for? Do you hire someone to get the salary?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 門口保全非常沒有禮貌，退輔會員工訂貨我送貨借個電話大家都寫桌機的分機號碼，到了現場跟保全借室內電話，他講了一些五四三的話還說賺 那麼多把我這當公共電話嗎，不高興就不要做保全坐著當保全很委屈，你們領的薪水也是我們納稅人的錢好嗎到底懂不懂為民服務

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天為了處理一件跟榮民有關的健保案件，健保局要我打給退輔會2757-1492的葉先生，去電後葉先生又要我打回健保署，過程感覺像被踢皮球一樣，葉先生過程中態度非常差！
我們就是照健保署給的流程詢問而已，就是不知道才要問，過程中好聲好氣請問你態度在差幾點？這麼厭世不想做要不要退休比較快？對您這「政府機關官員的頭銜」似乎不懂得什麼叫互相尊重

If you are so tired of the world and don't want to do it, should you retire sooner? I don't seem to know what mutual respect is about your "title of a government official"
