5/31日早9時45分許至富邦永春分行,這個自許服務滿點的富邦銀行'始終還在接手[台北市銀]初期服務階段'顧客滿意的名詞從富邦銀至各所分行是一個[陌生名詞]甚至何謂(顧客滿意)在富邦銀上至董事長/總經理至第一線基層人員>對這(顧客滿意)四個字是陌生不認識的!因為富邦基礎理念是(高傲/嬌傲)>今進入除一切防疫程序走完'一位先生也確實告知今天人較多又是[月底]>會要等很久…但看臨櫃有六至七個窗口卻只有兩位服務大廳(算很多的客戶)明知今天是月底會有不同的忙項>但卻己疫情節省人力排少少數人做一線服務,富邦用疫情節制人力[精簡成本]但看小小的廳室一下羣聚多人!這個疫情如何防護'是要製造另一破口!因為等待叫號時間不會是很短時間>永春分行如此節制人力'幫公司節省成本'當為富邦銀總行各分表率>……
