★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為抽血已經過了二週，所以有點著急想知道結果，便打去基康問，客服小姐很積極幫忙查詢，回覆超級快，表示報告剛剛出來，可以先寄電子檔給我，不到一分鐘就收到了，一切正常真的放下心中大石頭，而且沒有打發我，要我等產檢醫院紙本報告，覺得很感動，能站在顧客角度著想，真的很窩心，而且態度很好，覺得花這筆錢真的很值得。

The customer service lady was very active in helping inquiries, and the reply was super fast, indicating that the report has just come out. You can send me an electronic file first. The money is really worth it.
