開戶來抽號,前面只排兩個其中還有一個是空號,結果等一小時還沒輪到我,原因是等半小時後才有行員坐進開戶業務區開始跳號,根本莫名其妙,什麼爛效率

有夠爛的補摺機器加客服處理!同一本存摺每次使用每次被消磁!只好抽號碼等100號在櫃檯處理,處理也不是換新的只是處理消磁問題! 然後下一次來又再度被消磁⋯⋯ 後來幾次選擇用裡面補摺機就沒事!疫情期間為了補摺進去還被警衛威脅說「你要不要用外面的,進來要量體溫和QRcord喔」 大哥!!!!量就量我一直都很配合好嗎!!我只是不喜歡外面補摺機!然後又被消磁又要排隊叫號..... 果然今天因為營業時間還沒到,只好用外面補摺機!!!! 再度被消磁……. 你們可查看今日早上八點五十分紀錄!是否能紀錄資料,這本已經不知道消磁幾次了⋯⋯然後又不幫忙換新的只是在擾民?
