★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務人員態度很差。我在北醫施打第三劑追加劑時,以為手機有2劑證明後,追加劑可以直接數位登記,所以就沒帶小黃卡去醫院打追加劑,後來,護士跟我說,小黃卡還是需要帶,數位補登要在信義衛生所辦理,當我照辦到衛生所進行疫苗補登時,我不明白醫院與衛生所發生了什麼事,我將健保卡、小黃卡及身分證,還有申請表格交付給服務小姐,也許他們真的很辛苦,我能諒解,但是也不需要拿著我的證件往桌上狠敲,讓我很難理解,既然政府部門開放有這管道處理補登,我只是照著做,難道有錯嗎?公部門不是拿著納稅義務人的錢提供服務,難道納稅義務人還要看公部門的臉色嗎?很抱歉,發個牢騷,因為我完全被這個舉動嚇到了。
