★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 預約11:30-11:50之間送到,系統通知「交通問題」12:00才會送到,最後快12:30才收到餐點。不要期待客服專線會有人接聽,線上客服推托「店家因現場訂單延遲」。實際上11:30店家就告知已完成20份餐點,在等待外送人員。客服只會用前後矛盾的藉口推卸責任,完全沒有想要處理問題呵呵。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 都無提醒店家營業時間,下單出去等候多時才發現,客服反應直接說店家休息然後就不理你了,這種爛到炸掉的外送平台憑什麼收外送費????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 用line當客服管道結果超過一個禮拜都沒回應直接已讀,去用臉書反應也是又三天後才有人理,問了我line名字後就消失但是不知在處理什麼。不然就不要用這些可以省電話費的管道啊。本土的丟本土人的臉,做不了這一塊不要硬做

客訴不處理!主管不知道在躲避什麼。
早已預訂取餐時間,超過50分鐘,外送人員還沒到,中間過程,打電話給客服,只會回說:外送人員,在旁邊那條路上了,快到了!是在說什麼鬼話,從我店裡走到旁邊那條馬路,6分鐘綽綽有餘。你們人員騎車需要50分鐘以上?是在哈囉什麼!預訂功能預訂個屁!還造成客人對店家客訴

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 多次向客服反應不用每天提醒是否營業,得到的答案都一樣,已經跟相關單位反應,短時間會維持現狀,三個禮拜了,每天一直提醒是否營業,若不予理會每10-15分鐘就會再通知一次,每個店家都是日以繼夜為了自己的店努力,卻要被有無外送打擾休息時間,當初因為不用錢所以加入,對於那麼不友善的系統只好解約,不用打著自己是本土外送而驕傲,因為真的沒有人知道這是什麼外送平台,國外的外送平台就是比較厲害?而且向客服反應都有成效,不知貴公司養的客服做事成效在哪?更何況一個月有1-2張單就要偷笑了?,最爛的外送平台無誤,要加入請三思!真的一顆星都不配!
