雖然客服電話很難打 第一次諮詢保單時被告知不能理賠 但後來仔細研究一下保單發現是可以理賠的 然後打了第二通電話另外一名客服告知我可以先提供理賠所需的文件再由理賠部審核 結果真的沒有讓我失望 不到一週的時間理賠金馬上下來(中間收到一封簡訊告知已受理,隔天承辦人員?️聯絡我詢問意外的一些細節)心情如洗三溫暖 至少結果沒有讓人失望!希望法國巴黎人壽的服務越來越好.
