這家我連一顆星都不想給(文山區的維修人員) 一開始一台好好完整無缺的除濕機送去保養,沒想到是災難的開始⋯一開始師傅跟官網報價不同 第一次:推動時會卡卡,師傅說是地面不平,我們跟他說以前在相同地方推並不會這樣,他才願意拿回去修 第二次:推的時候還是會卡,而且發現機器下方都磨損了,分明是沒有裝好,又打去請他來維修 第三次:輪子好了,但是機身第一沒裝好,第二面版邊有破洞,經多次打給總公司反映,每次的回覆都是會請維修人員處理(已打四~五次),但始終一通電話都沒!最後一通說會請主管回覆也沒有!! 公司這種不負責任的態度,實在讓我們忍無可忍!!!
