★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019年8月20日下午二時許友人前往兌換台北大縱走的毛巾，服務人員態度極差，活動的好意及辛苦收集完的好心情，都在最後一刻被毀了。
At 2 o'clock on the afternoon of August 20th, 2019, the friends went to exchange the towels that were taken in Taipei. The attitude of the service staff was very poor. The good intentions of the activities and the good mood collected after the hard work were destroyed at the last moment.

領獎品證書的地方，
位置在三樓步道科，
進去後左手邊，
放DM左邊的工程師，
要給身分證跟證明書，
填寫完資料後，
可拿毛巾、紗巾、證書，
還有抽獎，抽包包、登山杖等，
中午有午休13:30後在去，
裡面人都很客氣，
服務也不錯，很棒，
一星兩分，我給九分，
評分:9/10分。
