The CNPC Building is located in a strategic location with Guoguang Conference Hall. It is close to the Taipei City Government MRT Station, less than a ten-minute walk away. There are many underground parking spaces, making it the most affordable place for regional parking rates.
The conference hall is divided into the first and second floors, with about 800 seating areas and comfortable seating. It is a popular meeting and performance rental venue.
